There are damn near infinite variations of compound butters. This one in particular was designed with seafood in mind.

Ingredient List
¼ cup unsalted butter
¼ cup minced parsley
1 ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Once liquid has been incorporated and well blended, transfer the butter to a sheet of plastic wrap. Form the butter into a log, roll up the plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours to setup.
